I recall Hoover had 'fuzzy logic' and it was pretty good at turning socks and underwear into tangled messes. It's the latest replacement for "fuzzy logic ". Remember that?
You can eat all of them, some only once! But it didn’t lie you asked if it was edible not if it was poison.
Sadly most of my experiences with Ai have been expensive with quotas soon used up and extra costing a fortune.
RIRO = Rubbish In Rubbish Out . it seems that most of the so called AI systems are nothing but very high speed filing cabinets , often selecting the most frequently used terms and cobbling an answer for you from them . The latest buzzword for this effect /action of 8ollocks is " Hallucinating" .Sadly most of my experiences with Ai have been expensive with quotas soon used up and extra costing a fortune.
Plus the above might seem jovial BUT many of my results have been down the same like. It tells you one thing until you challenge it and then says something like i am glad you challenged me. You are totally correct would you like me to go a different direction?
What worries me is that current and previous generations are (and have been) diving head first into this nonsense. Some are just sleep walking into it and some of us feel the need to make a fuss and spread the word. Laugh if you like. Your kids and grandkids won’t be thanking you.

That's in Americanese for sure .To be a pedant, it's GIGO.
But, as previously pointed out, one has to ask the right question
in the first place.
42 springs to mind here.... for those that know![]()

Yes, it is. But that was the acronym ascribed in 1982.That's in Americanese for sure .
RIRO was in use at Crossfields Electronics ( Full of EX RAF guys aka RAF Crossfields ) about the same time perhaps even earlier . From 1978 FIL worked as the senior stock auditor with paper ledgers till computers came in big time there , then he was replaced by a computerised stock control system .Yes, it is. But that was the acronym ascribed in 1982.
I seem to recall that , " Five on the card and F***all in the bin " was the fore runner for stock discrepancies in the paper work .RIRO was in use at Crossfields Electronics ( Full of EX RAF guys aka RAF Crossfields ) about the same time perhaps even earlier . That’s a convenient view. This is quite different. Humans are becoming unnecessary not just artisans.I imagine all the artisans, weavers and blacksmiths shaking their heads as mills and factories sprang up, wondering where it’d all end.
We’re the shepherds, farriers, coopers, drovers (one or 2 milk maids), and reaper-men of our times.
