Ouch.. I always used to bung a bit of the purple farm spray ( with the pic of the cow on the bottle) whenever I cut myself doing a job of some kind..

That evokes a memory of kids with iodine patches on knees, heads, elbows, etc.

purple spray, seems to work miracles when weve used it, no home should be without!

Yep put another 20ltrs in, doesn't even seem to be puffing any smoke as if it's trying to start

Breaky pipe time see how far fuel is getting! From what I remember of the Case I had it was all fairly straight forward.

Thats the next step, ive ordered some fuel filters so will change them 1st, got the battery on charge so its topped right up and will work through a few iffy looking connections/earths, its always been a bit of a lazy starter but its never failed to start even with a jump

An ABS ring, after discovering on that on 5 tonne Sprinters, if the park brake shoes are worn enough, you can wind the adjuster that far in, that it skewers the ABS ring.
There've never such a thing as a simple job on Christmas Eve, or Hogmanay

Not I broke, but what a friend broke, as he did not listen.

In August, one of his hose on his log splitter let go. You can imagine the mess.

I got it repaired and advised him he needed all new hoses, as the rest ha gone past their life, by about 12 years.

3 let go today, the mess was a lot more. But I am on call and will not be able to help.
