i never turn the heating off its set for 18oC for a set time early morning later evening for so long about every 6 months ish normaly when you dont need heating any more and before you need it i will cheak the system blead the air out the rads and have it serviced in oct ish time

i dont even know when it stops or starts again only know if its cold its not working

I have a chimney guy coming this week to repair some bricks on it that have come loose.
Repaired the cable that controls the hot/cold in my new toy it’s a 1980 Vandura Aurora type of motor home day/holiday trips.
I’ve pulled off the Mickey Thompson tires and replaced them with some stockish aluminum rims dual rims on the back powered by a crate 5.7/ 350 & 400 trans it even has a solar panel on the roof.

My mrs put the heating on today for first time...she is cold all year round, especially in the nights but with me being stationary for the most part ive felt the cold as well so heating is on low for a few hours

I really only did start it in the workshop to make sure the best from MIC was working which it did faultlessly

My mrs is german (should be eskimo) she went to some private school made of just stone, think they rubbed ice cubes to keep warm, we are lucky if she turns on the heating for christmas, bloody eskimo heating control nazi.

I go to the workshop for a warm up when it gets really cold

I was thinking during the week I really need to get the new mounting brackets welded up, and some holes drilled in the workshop wall to get the diesel heater installed better.

Our heating is on all the time, underfloor just lower the required temperature a bit in summer, had the log burner lit yesterday for the first time this year.
