Will the 260v setting be fine for 220v?
Any of those lying around in the dusty tray at the bottom?
You might just have to crank it up a bit more, it's basically a huge transformer, with multiple windings for different voltages.How might the lower voltage affect the current output?

Well, that's pretty thick in my books.Hard to say what thickness, unlikely to be more than 60mm though.
