I don't think it will be hugely sensitive to slight differences in voltage, it will be fine.

You might just have to crank it up a bit more, it's basically a huge transformer, with multiple windings for different voltages.

I've the 250, which goes to 330, AC/DC tig version, it's a monster.

I just realised I made a mistake, my mains are 230v 50Hz.

As you can see it does not mention a position to run it on 220v.

Which part of the diagram are you looking at? It quite clearly shows 220v windings.

I was looking at the small sticker that shows how to configure the input.

I did notice the 230v markings on the circuit diagram, but I am unsure if the machine can be set for that.
