I'm the opposite. Keeping weight on is my problem. The amount of times I have to nip my belt up at work, if I'm not shovelling chocolate or suchlike down my throat.

Week 1 of weighing myself, and I've lost just under 3kg (6lb) so down to 110kg. I've started eating lower carb, I am far from on reduced portion sizes or ultra low calories like I will eventually do and I'm not that strict about the carbs yet as still having weetabix for breakfast until the box is gone. Then it will be greek low fat yogurt instead.
However I have not gained and will start again now. My problem is I keep being offered food and plenty of junk food around me.

That worked for me, all I kept in the house was the sort of food I needed to eat, no ready meals, no stack of Tesco pizzas etc. No temptation late in the evenings…if ..
you don't buy it ..
you won't eat it
, we stopped snacks and sugary food 6 months ago..
you don't miss it..

Young guy works at and around my local bike cafe. He’s 19, weighs about 12 kg, and I’ve seen more muscle on a seagulls lip. Yet he eats like a trooper.My old mum always used to say "youve got worms" to folks like you
He’s out in the elements, with a t shirt and an anorak on, working under and around cars. And complains he’s cold……

My worst time is when watching movies or tv. I've starting eating popcorn instead which is a lot healthier if you choose the right one.good work..
on the crisps..
its all formulated to get us addicted..

I've said it for years when shopping..
All the stuff in colourful bags are not good food....
And sugar is poison,
not nutritional value at all..
I'm 5'10, and if I do nothing special diet wise my "normal weight" is 82kg.
I did start being very diet conscious a few years back and ended up at 76kg for a couple of years (wouldn't want to be any lighter tbh).
There was a rule of thumb that if your waist is 1/2 your hight then you are in reasonable shape, 36" trousers are a loose fit so not far off that.
Might try an get down to 76kg again at some point but not a priority at the moment.

impressive ..Diet still going
1 stone 3.6ibs off so far this year, dropped 2 belt notches. Alot more energy too from eating better. Should be on my target of 3 stone off by April
any tips for others ..?

I'm still hovering at slightly too much, but also still getting through the Jacob's crackers mountain and not cycling much.
