Guessing your in Marston Trussell thenWe must live pretty close then as he’s only three from me….
Wasn’t “Red on white, stop on sight” “white on red, go ahead” the police rule?Never seen a trade plate in those colours?
Near enough.Guessing your in Marston Trussell then
they are really geared towards military use ,,, when working on civi soft skins they have a few short falls ,, but they are a cheap rotator and the power is handy . A friend of mine has one , but its really only used as a last resort ,,,,Plenty of them about still earning a keep , nothing modern can really do what they do

The modern Oshkosh tank transporters aren't a patch on the older Scammell. Trailers too narrow due to some silly EU law or something. Tracks overhang each side so they take ages to load or unload safely. Not what you need on the battlefield.@Erie Fred regularly see Oshkosh over here, there's a tank training ground in Wales and you get to see them transporting them to and from the site
Thanks for your replyThe pic would have been taken late 60s, early 70s![]()
In fairness that is the Action Man tankWho needs a dedicated tank transporterseen at the Welland show a few years ago.
