So I’m taking on a new unit in the coming months one of things to tackle on the list is the water heater for the bathroom and kitchen sinks (both are basically back to back ) this is what is currently fitted leaky and I can’t imagine it’s the most efficient unit.
I’ve been looking at units like this

Ariston Aures Multi 9.5kW Electric Instantaneous Water Heater
Ariston Aures Multi 9.5kW Electric Instantaneous Water Heater - 3195216. Lowest price guaranteed. In stock: Delivery Next Day. Paypal Accepted.

I’ll probably need to put a new electric feed to it and reroute some pipework but doesn’t look too taxing. Has anyone got any better suggestions?
My other solution is to fit an electric hot water tap which is what my current unit has this works really well I’m not sure if you can get these for a bathroom?
I don’t need a lot of hot water just nice to have to wash hands and plates etc I’m hoping to split this in the new unit currently I use the kitchen sink for everything and it’s a bit of a mess!
