I'm currently deep into a clutch change (amongst some other work) for a family members car.
It has been slipping, I've pulled off the cover plate and the clutch plate was down the rivets.
They have had a look at it too, and shall we say opinions differed on the condition of the flywheel.
It is a DMF but does appear to be within tolerance for play and movement.
What does the collective think?
