Just a shame that our judicial system no longer allows tar and feathering as a form of punishment. Seems similar enough and perfectly fair to me, although modern solvents might make the clean up a wee bit too easy. Yeah, tar, feathers and 6 months in jail with nothing except soap and water. That should do it.
