On an excavator/digger you have a block of steel with multiple grease nipples on one side, and the little pipes the other side leading to the grease points?
I can find grease manifold blocks easy on ebay/amazon etc, but they have one in nipple and multiple out points, I need one in to one out, to guarantee every grease point gets its fair share of grease.
It is to go on a Nooteboom trailer with SAF pendulum axles.
Pic is of a one in and three out, I need three in and three out, well actually I need approx 8 in and 8 out, 4 of.
Edit to add, the plastic grease lines are 4mm od, which is a standard size for hgv autolube systems.
