What is the correct name?

On an excavator/digger you have a block of steel with multiple grease nipples on one side, and the little pipes the other side leading to the grease points?
I can find grease manifold blocks easy on ebay/amazon etc, but they have one in nipple and multiple out points, I need one in to one out, to guarantee every grease point gets its fair share of grease.
It is to go on a Nooteboom trailer with SAF pendulum axles.

Pic is of a one in and three out, I need three in and three out, well actually I need approx 8 in and 8 out, 4 of.

Edit to add, the plastic grease lines are 4mm od, which is a standard size for hgv autolube systems.

An alternative might be to take a piece of angle iron, drill eight holes in it and install bulkhead fittings. Nipple one side, 4mm push fit receiver the other side.

Second edit. The thing that goes through the hole (nipple one side and tube the other) is called a 'battery plate adaptor' [possibly an artillery connection to the name].

I'd get a plate and drill it for a row of grease nipples, run a line to each. That's what you see on a lot of older plant.

You are so right. The person who wrote the very first post in this thread said exactly the same thing:

I'd get a plate and drill it for a row of grease nipples, run a line to each. That's what you see on a lot of older plant.

We had similar in the car factory, all the conveyor chains at high level had greasing pipes ran down the support columns to ground level so they could be greased without climbing up into the roof.

That is the exact issue we have now, I have convinced the boss we need to go 1 to 1 on the pipes/nipples.

Thank you, that is exactly what we need, though I do quite like the look of them battery plate adaptors (never heard of them before) which might make installation easier as it is tight for access.

The individual ones would give you a lot more flexibility in the layout - you could put them around a circle if it suited.

That is some catalogue, it is like another world that I never knew existed.

This is the trailer they are for, 9 feet wise special types, ie mot exempt, apparently it was 300k 10 years ago!
Should be back in the shop next week for a two axle reline, but as the axles are actually seperate it is really a 4 axle reline, ie 16 brake shoes, half of them only accessible from down the pit.
Ps the thing on the back was some sort of artwork, and all the skin/scales were actually old tin cans.
