No idea what it is but it’s a nice thing, I think you should use it to raise and lower a small flagpole at the back of a steampunk vehicle

How big is it? That looks to me a mk7 Transit so it can't be huge.

Looks like some sort of hand cranked centrifuge. Have seen similar things used for separating cream, though this looks somewhat industrial.

The tubes are fixed? But the handle turns a pair of gears that do what exactly? Not a centrifuge, maybe a tennis ball launcher? But it’s not adjustable. More pics required

I thought much the same but if you look at the brackets either side at the bottom it appears to have a couple of bolts through and therefore not going anywhere. Hence my question "what moves?"
