Graphite electrode - cuts nicely on the table saw with a carbide-tipped blade, wrap it in non-slip mat then cable ties...
Then Insert in rusty motorbike tank (Damn You, E10 "petrol") and stick 12v 8A through the wash soda...
Having first pumped four gallons of E5 out (anywhere still do E0 Real Petrol?).
Perhaps after this its fuel filter'll pass fuel without the starvation on quickish overtakes and at an erm and five plus...

Some extension flanges to my split collars,I’m rolling more and more handrail on edge,it would always end up sitting at an angle before these .
Also while we had a spare morning my assistant fitted some ground restra to take out some wobbles,then added some through studs as the rollers loosening. I made the whole machine in 1991,it’s now showing a bit of wear.

More progress on my worktable. One of the drawers is sort of built. If I was starting again I'd do it differently as I've learned a lot as I've gone along. I don't really plan, just see how stuff goes and I usually see some better solutions after working myself into a corner. It is all educational.
I think it would be better if I'd set the runners back and made the front of the drawer flush with the frame. In mitigation, I have planned to have the work top overlap the frame by three inches, so the recessed drawer would be harder to access. Swings and roundabouts. Nothing is set in stone, still opportunity to revise.
Drawer set out. The front and sides are planed timber from Wickes that I've ripped down a little. The rear is a piece of palletwood that I've planed. You can still see the nail holes. The palletwood is a bit thicker so could take the rebate to accept the sides. The back is shorter than the other three sides but it only needs to stop stuff falling out the back.
The drawer front is offset as there is a gap in the middle of the table to fill.
I need more corner clamps.
I screwed the runners flush with the bottom to ensure that everything was level. The drawer wouldn't fit, too tall. I had to install it upside down just to check that everything lined up before removing the runners and installing further up the sides to drop the drawer height.
Remounted 10mm further up the sides.
More pallet wood for the bottom. The cunning plan is that the rough, uneven surface will prevent tools sliding to the back of the drawer.
It's installed pretty level. The bottom sticking out the front is unsightly and something to remember to do better in future.
This is what the drawers are for. Not permanent storage, but to store the tools for the current job being worked on.

People will be getting sick of the keyrings but a bit more messing around and I think I have got the ultimate settings 
Should be able to reproduce just about any photo now relatively quickly as I know what settings to tweak, well that is the theory anyway.

Bought one of the angel eye lamps from China.
Made a holder to attach it to my little TS mill. Bit of rotary table work to mill some slots and magnet location holes.
A couple of magnets to hold it in place
Recessed the other side on the lathe so the lamp sits in the casing.
Just have to fit a little switch in the electrics cabinet for it.

With a bungee to hold it in place ?...a slightly over engineered water container bracket for my van. Been a year or so since I welded aluminium so good to get some practice. Got to use my air chamfer tool for the first time as well
