To be fair you can do rubber yourself. I've done three to date and would not hesitate to use it again.if it were felt I'd be worried........
as it's ruybber should be fine.....
never understand why people dont fit insulated steel sheeting.....costs about the same and u'd get more than 25 years out of it....
plus u can do it urself.....
Missed the joins. !!Should of had at least 65mm fairings cut for a fall, also looks like they have used leftovers as that's only a small roof size to obtain a single piece over the complete area.

Because a lot of domestic customers don't want there low level roof looking like a mini Costco, and never be worried over a full SBS felted roof if done correctly, i regularly drive by jobs i did almost 40 years ago and still there leak free. Like everything in life, there is a pork sausage and there is a pork sausage costing 3 times as much for a reasonif it were felt I'd be worried........

Trouble is with using offcuts rather than full sheets sometimes.
Mad idea but could you get to the underside and jack the roof boards up in the area of the sag, then slip some packs in between top of joist and underside of the OSB?
all materials was new no left overs from previous jobs.
they had materials delivered. I watched them from time to time.
they use 18mm sbs boards. left overs I kept for myself.
no missed joints either(no gaps in joints.)
the Roof was done by Hartburn Roofers. I'm sure Alan knows or heard of them.
they came on the recommendation of others.
all I'm bothered about that it doesn't start to leak a few years down the road.
25 years warranty on it. I doubt I'll be around then if I am I'll be 97.
