It’s a company car, not my problem to sort out any of thisReset - MAP the adblue Euro system out (break the law everytime you use the car!).
But it will work and run again if you do!![]()

why dont cars just shut down to 30 in a 30
Yeah I get that, but it’s not going anywhere for 3 months !But "can you not see" how this "carp" ends up on the secondhand car market at three/five years old - "not fit for purpose"
Euro 6 - stuff not good!![]()
When working for Big H we always thought that "back Order" actually meant that the factory had just planted the sapling that they would build the box with to send the part to UK in.My Audi requires a subscription for the internet enabled part of the infotainment system to work, they have been doing this for years, just extending it to more and more “features”
Oh, the Audi is dead. Ad Blue control module fault, car in safety mode and won’t start. Required part is on a 3 month back order from the factory
Apparently this ad Blue control module fault is common across a lot of makesWhen working for Big H we always thought that "back Order" actually meant that the factory had just planted the sapling that they would build the box with to send the part to UK in.
or perhaps also blank phone calls .the old dodge was hire a digger for saturday morning ,,, then use it all weekend , getting a day and a half for free ...
now they remotely limit the revs down to tick over outside of the time youve paid for , the machine will start and move , but not enough revs to make using it practical ,,,,
as a side thought why dont cars just shut down to 30 in a 30 , and say 70 on a motorway , speeding could be a thing of the past as more and more tech comes online ,,, maybe an override button for emergency's and loosing your licence ,

Northampton Audi had 17 cars in the compound with the same fault, I feel sorry for private individuals who have shelled out thier own money / finance on a car, only for it to be unusable for 3 months
It’s bloody criminal if you ask me, other than this fairly major problem the car is beautiful to drive and well appointed, and for me very economical, 73 mpg cruising at 66 mphThe NOX sensors are are on "back order" - 30days plus.
I got one Audi in the yard with the same problem!
I don’t do computerscant you just press the equivalent of ctrl, alt & delete to sort it out......![]()

Had the A5 sportsback before current company car, lucky not to have any ad blu issues, lovely car but went through brake disks like no other car I've had.Apparently this ad Blue control module fault is common across a lot of makes
When I called the AA, they just sent a recovery truck and took my car to the garage, didn’t even bother with a patrol once they were aware of the fault
Is that something “arranged” by the company?Had the A5 sportsback before current company car, lucky not to have any ad blu issues, lovely car but went through brake disks like no other car I've had.
A feature I would pay to have disabled on current comp car is the speed limiter!
New car for the wife last week. On top of the cruise control has a manual limiter. Leave it set to 30 and stops me drifting. (Though I'm normally pretty good without it.)the old dodge was hire a digger for saturday morning ,,, then use it all weekend , getting a day and a half for free ...
