I first thought it was an April fool hoax, but it seems to be geniune.
It would be funny to turn up at The Ace Cafe on one of those.
Quasars were cool, well kind of in a Blakes 7 kind of way.
I love funny front ended bikes, ut the thign at the top of the thread, ye gods.

It looks like the sort of thing a non-biker would think a biker would appreciate. I can't imagine any true biker fitting one and then allowing himself to be seen in public.

Its not a joke, sadly Ive seen it advertised before in other countries (think its of USA origin...)
Theres not much chance of me being seen on one. I woudlnt even have the bike to start with because its too much plastic and covers its engine up, let alone with that growth bolted on it.
Call me oldskool (for indeed I am, Im partly responsible for www.oldskoolperformance.com) but I like naked bikes and being hung out like a sail, you know that your going quick when you develop neck muscles like a gorilla...

The C1 was an integrated design of some merit , but bikers tend not to approve of non bikey bikes so it flopped ! Actually I quite liked it and probably would have bought one if it hadn't been so extortionately priced !
But this detachable abortion should be illegal !!

Seen come of the enclosed jobs on the road, C1 maybe. What a dumb idea though. Personally in a spill I like the chance to be separated from the machine, and if I need a roof well thats what cars are for

Well up here in Billingham, last year there was a guy prosecuted for improper doings with an equine quadruped. In full view of the local dual-carriageway, as I recall.
