Looks like thinwall inch box. Steel stockholders usually sell the push in plastics.

I don’t want the measurement of the build just the rough dimensions of the actual box section I can’t tell unless I got it in front of me and have a tape lol

that's the problem - unless someone recognises the exact thing you've taken a photo of then it's just guesswork...

but going by the hinges and the plastic connectors that come up on a google search the suggestions are prob not far off...
