Take it along to your local Plumb Centre. They normaly can match or supply a suitable replacement.
It looks like a standard ceramic tap cartridge. The replacements may look different, but still do the job. Bear in mind that the hot and cold ones turn in opposite directions. The measurements that matter most are the end of the ceramic housing to the shoulder at top of mounting thread, and the top of that shoulder to the end of the splined bit. You could also count the splines, as there are a couple of variants around.

There isn’t one! Standard I mean.
I had all this before Christmas with ours. The plumbers merchant had piles of them, which ranged from a few quid to £60 each! They didn’t have mine. German ones. I called the maker and they sent a pair FOC so that maybe worth a shot.
What did get me by for a month till the new ones turned up was dismantle it and clean the disks. Reassemble with plenty of Vaseline.
Sadly my local.plumb center just said sorry we don't stock inserts. Look for a number and try Amazon.
My issue is my mom's in hospital dying.
Dad's ill through grief and UTI and I don't know who their housing association is currently as they are being taken over.
I was looking for a quick fix but don't really want hassle of changing taps as I am spending so much time sorting district nurses and doctors who are playing pin ball. Well they were.....I hit the nuclear option yesterday and he got a doctor and and district nurses round last night....
Essentially there is a shut off valve a few feet away so I can refit it and get him to use a screwdriver to stop it dripping.
It's actually not a problem but he's sitting on his own a lot and has time to think too much.
I might grab a reviver kit from screwfix see if it works....

I bought a pair from screwfix but still had to put a spacer beneath the handle otherwise it rubbed on the tap body.
We don't have one of those mate...Ours is called amazon.

John Beard Tools, in Bridge Street, Kiddie? They look better stocked than our local Mica hardware shop, which does stock what looks like might fit. Worth a try. Also, Screwfix in Kidderminster has stocks:

I am.actually coping Dad isn't. That's the kicker. Mon still hanging on. But I am 63 and my wife had a stroke 21 years ago. 6 months in hospital and yet I had never heard being left to die like this. I saw hundreds of stroke patients and the way this has gone is a shock.
At least we got dad over to the hospital as he has not been well enough to visit since we learnt they were letting her die.
Knocked him about but at least it's done now for when the inevitable happens.
