Whats the right polarity for a faston T shaped blade terminal?

Does anyone know the correct polarity for these T shaped terminal housings? I've been Googling for 20min and can't find any info.
I've had to fit Mitsuibishi Shogun vacuum solenoids to replace those on my Isuzu Trooper as the Isuzu ones are unobtainable. Shogun uses these T connections and I don't know which way round to wire them.

Connectors aren't polarised. It just means that they cannot be connected the wrong way round as long as you fit them properly. It looks like one is larger than the other to prevent incorrect insertion.

Normally male is earth, female live, so if you touch the male spade to earth, you don't short the circuit out.

you need to check the polarity of the mitsi solenoids

To answer your question, there is no convention. They are used in Yaesu and other radios for power. As long as both sides are the same, that is all that matters. If you are only remaking one end, then you need to look at the cable colours and a wiring diagram to match it up.

If you connect a solenoid backwards, it will try to drive in the opposite direction.

they will work with one polarity only so if you get the the wrong way round they wont work so the will appera to be working in reverse.
are they are 4x4 solenoids or the egr solenoids?

Thanks for confirming that there is no convention on polarity, Stack Exchange said the same. Unfortunately I can't think of an easy way to find out how the Mitsubishi is wired, I've tried Googling but nothing.

@123hotchef these solenoids are part of the 4 wheel drive to disengage the front axle half shafts to save wear on the axle. If they operate in reverse that's not an issue as I can just swap the vacuum hoses over so that they pull the actuator in the correct direction. I just want to avoid blowing the solenoids.

Good spot, I've checked my radio and I can see the +ve is on the horizontal blade (the hat of the T)

just get you volt meter on the wire feeding your solenoids if you are worried.
in 2wd one pair will be live in 4wd the other pai will be live

Actually that's not the case. Both are live at the same time, but the hoses are connected opposite on each solenoid so one solenoid is sucking when there's power and the other when there's no power. Here is a photo of some Mitsubishi solenoids and you can see the concept, the manifold tube goes to opposite sides of each solenoid:

Oh i didnt actually put a meter on them. I did peel back the loom tape and condiute to check wire colours though.

For fixed polarity T type the top/ horizontal of the T is + positive
