Looking to sell, what do you guys think is a fair price?

As per title looking to sell on a tool specifically one of my my chainsaws. Ended up with 2 so 1 has got to go. Bought it last year, have no idea what it's worth now. Any ideas? Comes with everything in photos, has had about 10hrs use. 16 inch bar spare, and 2 carlton chains, spare 14inch chain, 14inch bar and chain on saw. Full tool kit and spare file.

Just looking for a figure I should be asking for it. Or at least a figure I shouldn't go below.

I would probably do some reaserch as whats gone before then to get your best price hold it back till september we find things are very seasonal. just my two peneth

I payed £435 new for it, Google seems to suggest £250 is the average retail price just now. Which is kinda annoying as its a lot too lose in such a short space of time. Got it just out side Wigton from A1 tractor parts. I bet @Munkul knows them.

Ouch that's quite the kick in the teeth might as well just keep it if that's all I can hope to get for it.

I've got a Dynamac DY41 41cc in the shed made by the same firm, it's stood there for years because it's not worth the trouble of selling. What engine size is yours ? It's clean and not had a lot of use by the look of it and there are plenty of spares with it so it might appeal to someone if you price it right. Carlton's not the best chains but there's plenty to go at there. People don't want to cut their wood in winter, they want it seasoning in the nice weather.

Yes is Italian efco and oleo mac are the same company one paints things red the other orange.

They come with a three year warranty I think. With all that comes with it I don’t think £175 - £200 is out of the question, the only issue I can see is your getting into the price bracket of a new Stihl MS170 and MS180 saw.

Husqvarna 135 is my saw, they are around £185 new or a cheap alternative is a 120 for £133. 3 year warranty for domestic use 1 year for commercial is the usual deal.
