I'm currently enjoying this and liking it more every day, S211 E320 CDI 2004.

I had the slightly earlier one to the above - mine was 2003 (210) 648 six cylinder E320 CDi - I liked mine too (seven seater)

Apart from endless brake light pedal switches - they would fail and you could not get it in to gear (kept spare pedal switch in boot).
It was quite a reliable car I serviced it - tyres/battery. A couple of brake pipes, one injector seal and the glowplug relay failed.
I got rid of it becasue it was looking so rough - scabby rust everwhere. Where yours looks good shiney and new - no rust round the wheel arches.

Best Merc I have every owned was the W124 below - E300D - 1989 603 engine non turbo - starship mileage at 539000miles.
Tractor with a trailer hit it - while it was parked up in front of my house. JCB fast track managed to hit it - dragged the two ton lump up the road. Carnage... Plus insurers paid nothing much out for it - because of the high mileage. Car would be a classic now.
