I'm guessing at that price range, you'll be looking at the newer models?
Connect is pretty good, but has the 1.6 PSA engine. It's an OK engine as long as it's been well serviced, but you'll get more value for money just buying something PSA, although I always feel the PSA options feel quite cheaply built in comparison to the Connect.
@xbl I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to a buy a Doblo. Only thing they're good for is keeping garages busy (and ensuring I hit bonus targets with the continuous stream of front springs, front strut mounts, front wishbones, rear suspension arms, door latches, and that's ignoring that most drivers will do their utmost to avoid being allocated one!)

Very few vans actually breakdown anymore. Admittedly Doblo's generally only get recovered in when earth straps have failed, or the engine has just gone bang (1.3's had a habit of developing a death knock, but only ever in Doblos, as I never seen a single engine fail the same way in any Vauxhall).
Most get driven in with strange knocking noises, creaking noises, rear wheels pointing where they shouldn't be, or drivers unable to get doors open.
The rebadged Doblo has been pretty short lived, as the latest Combo is a PSA Partner/Berlingo rebadged, since Vauxhall is now owned by PSA.

i have had multiple connects over the past 8 years. they are truly hateful unreliable uncomfortable badly equipped pieces of ****
buy a Peugeot partner. it is none of the above. I had a few of those too. my current partner (a brand new loaner whilst the connect, also nearly new, 12k miles) is in the garage... again.

Granted I didnt and don't pay for it, I suppose as a van it functions adequately but its just a hateful, small, front wheel drive vw thing

When my T4 ate its cambelt I used SHMBO' s yeti . Removed seats (5 mins) and put a false floor in ( 2 mins to remove) stuck a tow bar on it to tow trials car. Really pleased so got her another one . She's got the petrol and I've got the 140 bhp diesel .

I've had a 2013 reg Nissan NV200 for two years now and I'm very happy with it. It has a full bulkhead, six speed gear box, cruise control, bluetooth, and comes with a reversing camera as standard. It is wide enough to take a euro pallet and has leaf springs in addition to the rear shocks. I get around 750 kilometers from a full tank of diesel. It has a 1.5 dci engine.
