18650 lithium ion cells

I need some 18650 cells to see if I can repair a couple of old Bosch drill batteries but most listings in Ebay only seen to be selling them with a torch or charger etc! I'm sure the last time I looked there were loads to choose from, is there a shortage of these things?
Anyone got a good supplier?
I need between 2000-3000mAh.

I'm not sure what's wrong with mine as they seem to register 3.5-3.9v but they won't charge, it might be the circuit board on the top of the pack that's faulty. More fiddling needed...

Ultrafire BRC is what's claimed.

Not got a supplier, bought them from a random on fleabay. Not used them, probably won't. I paid £51.80 for 6x 4pack.

Some are longer than others because of the added pcb, didnt know this and when fitted into a torch the stacked length was too much, you could hear them breaking as I put the end cap back on.

Just checked a couple of my faulty packs, one is 12 something and one is 16 something.
Both seem to take a charge correctly,
One shows nothing on the power meter, one just has a single flashing led.
Nothing at all when I put them in a tool.
Neither were very old but both have probably been dropped a good few times and probably got wet.

You take yours apart first!

Ps, if it is the pcb on yours that's faulty I might have some more that work but dont hold much charge..

I don't know what the situation is now the whole place has gone (eu) mad.
I have made a few packs up and they seem to solder OK - very hot iron and as quick as you can. Really need a spot welder.
