Thats a relief it has no paint!No external alterations, needs permission to do any external work, including paint colours, etc.
Its II* Currently derelict but roofs on two walls need rebuilding but they are the ones with stone mullion windows so wont be cheap. Its a cheap deal so would be dry storage but would be great if it could be converted to domestic again, has been a workshop for over 100 years
bet the councill still wanted the rates payed on it thoughThe only listed building I knew of where the owners were allowed to rebuild as they wanted, was after there was a major fire that gutted the complete building.....
Only the 4 walls were left standing the fire made it structurally unsafe, so it was virtually knocked down and started again...but it took the owners about 5 years to move in from buying it......
