Sent a DHL Parcel on 11th December, never got there.
Booked through parcel2go with £20 of cover (contents worth £35 plus it was a Christmas gift)
I’ve rang numerous times been given dodgy email addresses, been put through to premium rate lines, promised a manager would contact me, numerous bull crap.
I’ve rang about 5 or 6 times since we realised something was up with the delivery. It never got scanned out of the parcel shop.
What can I do?
I’ve put a claim in with dhl via email and got a bounce back, wrong address, so I’ve changed the email slightly to see if it goes through.
I’ve put a claim through with parcel 2 go and apparently that will take 7 days.
will never use DHL again they’re as good as parcelfarce.
