Couple of filters/screen for a butter making machine.
Not exactly the same as the sample I was given, but they wanted these asap, so it was a case of make up something that will work with whatever is kicking around... and lack of a roller resistance welder, had to come up with a way to attach the fine mesh.

That’s how I’ve made similar in the past for Coca Cola.

You try and eliminate dirt traps, but its not always practical is it. Would have been nice to have the frame and perf laser cut in one, then hem the mesh in.
So many ways to achieve the sae thing.

Yep sometimes you just gotta get en outta a hole till their normal part comes in.
I keep going on at them about tube lasers but they don’t listen,

no stairs was made to measure

just a jigsaw puzzle to fit them in when they dont number them right or have no plans for them

3 man job as its top piece first fit you really struggle with 2 men

Did not do much these last weeks, been in spain for work.
But still had time to finish this english beast, RangeRover P38 6cyl 2.5L. kept the airbags as suspension and managed to stuff some 35inch tires.
The roof is now at 2.14 meters and lots of ground clearance.

Yesterday I was asked to make a box to house a 3kVA portable generator so I measured up, did a model in fusion and ordered a sheet af 5mm Aluminium.

Today I got the Alu on the plasma table and cut up.

Not much left over.

The bits.

Then out with the Mig to stick it together.

The base.

The top done as well and box completed.

When 10 plus 10mm spanner’s are not long enough
