Oh, ok. I have had an account for years so when logged in I get the offer price.
Last time I posted about the offers, especially the countersink sets, lots of people bought them so unless things have changed it must have been reasonably easy to sign up for an account.
Just looked and the countersinks are now £9.60 plus VAT, I am sure they were £12 the last timeYou could purchase as a guest (I did this for the counter sinks last time) but these current offers don’t seem available to everyone?
View attachment 237849 Not for me...don’t think I’ll be bothering them at those prices
I signed up for an account earlier but got the following response:
"Thank you for your request to join up for our WNT Tooling online account.
Unfortunately we do not have a credit account on our system for your company.
So we are unable to open an internet account for you at the moment.
If you could please fill this application form & email it back to myself, I will process this and get you online."
WNT for the likes of the majority on here will only ever be of interest for the special offers such as above.Relatively basic. Just includes address for billing and account details.
Thinking about setting one up but then again usually use tracy for taps and stuff etc.
They definitely want to only deal with businesses and really the bigger guys, us tiddlers are not a huge interest to them.I went through the sign up and just put “personal” in the company details and got an email saying my request had been declined - “you must have a credit account in order to be accepted on the shop, However you can view as a guest and pay via paypal” ??
Seems strange they don’t seem to want my money but there you go....
