The Management expressed an interest a while ago for a Victorian lamp post in the garden
I got hold of a couple of nice lamp columns a while ago, had them blasted and they are stuck at work, waiting.
I've got an old lamp head on its way which needs quite a bit of refurb but is a nice example.
A question on wiring........ I'd like to have the light operated by a photocell which i will stick on the side of the house. I'll run a cable from this to the light. I would like the light to come on when activated by the photocell as a dull warm light (think old gas light). Then...when a PIR is activated the light needs to brighten up for a period, then go back to dull.
I know someone who has the dull/brighten on one of there's but how do i go about this?
Thats question one Question two I was going to run the underground cable in 50mm dia flexy cable duct. It will be in an area that will never be dug. Can i run it in twin and earth?
Thanks.
