Task is to build a UAV that carries a payload to be dropped on a target. I figured making it go bang as it hit would be something a bit different from the usual tennis ball wrapped in gaffer tape

Yeah lengths I’m fine with, it was the breech dia I needed. It’s only going to be a saluting blank!

We have a regular customer who ships pallet loads of shotgun cartridges. They are classified as non hazardous!
And yet sending large quantities of small CO2 bulbs is a no no.....................

Hehe, sounds like something I made when I was a kid. Remember those little plastic darts that you stuck a cap on the end, then lobbed to go bang? I made a larger version that took .22 short blanks

I found a banger would slide down a jack handle, pushed into the ground. Quickly followed by a marble. If you got the angle of fandangle right you could hear it hit tin shed roofs 500dys away
