How do you remove super glue from car locks?

My neice has just come out from her work. Some nice person has super glued all her car locks. I suggested acetone, anyone got a better solution?

Possibly. Not sure she’ll have a lighter or gas torch in her handbag, anything else yes!

That was my thoughts too. She’s the best part of 300 miles away, her parents are away on a cruise. Police are enroute, hopefully they can suggest somebody local to her to sort it quick

Super glue remover is/has acetone in it so nail polish remover should work

Hot water gets it off skin, could be worth a try pouring a kettle full over it?

It might not be kind to the paint though.

a syringe with acetone and keep at it

Acetone it is then, sod the paint! Bare patches will go with all the scratches and dings. Thanks guys

only 2 reasons its a nasty scrote doing it for a laugh only its not funny and they want a good kicking if caught ' or she has upset someone

Police arrived, got in some how. Glue was in the locks and round the door seals, fuel cap is also glued. Somebody meant to cause maximum disruption.
