Is the fact that the van parked outside belongs to a 'Cavity Wall Tie Installer'?!!!
EDIT: Oh, and the sign on the corner wall opposite 182 (you need to click into the lane a bit)!
nope.I wonder if the builders were very close to a pub and paid in advance....or it could be the house where Britain's most flatulent person lived.
Yup and gives you something to negotiate the price down further with.Is this such a big deal on a cheap house? I bought a cheap end of terrace about thirty years ago that had the side wall on the move ( bulging), two brickies had it dismantled, concreted in new footings and built back up to roof level in a fortnight, just left me to find a plasterer and chippy to tidy up the inside. It was not a majorly expensive job and the one in the photos looks like nowhere near as much work.

OR, if you can stretch a bit and chuck another 10K in the hat, you could get something like this...the sort of place you buy cheap without a mortgage as investment and rent it out
just no insurance in case the tsunami washes it away or costal erosionOR, if you can stretch a bit and chuck another 10K in the hat, you could get something like this...
No problem with buldging masonary
daughter bought a repossession house at the right price and I done it up nicely . rented out at 600 per month and good tenants in it for last 6 years not always the case thoughbuying a cheap place and renting it out is still better value than money in the bank, but you do sometimes get a problem client, But not many cheap places are about anymore
