How do you know if they are bothered though ?
they can say this and that and when the jobs being done.......is it ?
You can not tell if it is covered internally, can you ?
I am not sure about the "bothered" bit but the drilled holes will determine whether the internal box section will get galvanised. On something like a chassis it will be strung up very carefully on an overhead moving gantry, as it rattles along the line you need to imagine the chassis is going through the big dipper as it is immersed front first into the tank. With this in mind the holes in the chassis need to let the galv in and on the way out the holes need to be able to drain the excess, so really its all down to the holes. Too few and it wont get inside and worse still it wont drain, you will be paying for the weight used so its in your own interest to make sure galv gets into the chassis and then is able to drain out. Its not a complicated process but you do need to know how they intend to hang the thing and which direction the chassis is going into the vat. Hope this makes sense, I am old you know
