there is an earth point that is coming from the far right hand neutral connection, it is fairly standard in some areas, others are within a small hole in the neutral side of the cut out! It could only be confirmed by a proper test to find out if it is connected internally.
Most connections nowadays are TN-C-S
Even some TNS connections are actually PME. This can also be confirmed fairly well by testing the external fault loop impedance, prospective short circuit current and prospective fault current, if the neutral and earth are tied together then they will be pretty much the same figure.
