Unless our resident trailer guru @Justme knows any different the only thing that does both as far as I know bolts to the vehicle in the form of a pin/ball combo.

Unfortunately its a detachable towbar I have so it doesnt have the option to bolt something like this on

Worth remembering that eye couplings are only legal for use on commercial vehicles in the UK, if towing with a car I'd just convert it to a 50mm ball hitch.
