Hi all,
I've just finished putting some shelving and a new worktop (25mm ply) on an old bench and need some ideas as to what to cover the top with. It will only be used for 'clean' work and the original top had what I can best describe as a thick layer of formica over a sheet of 3/4" blockboard (I think that's what it's called).
Aside from just leaving it bare, any suggestions?
Cheers.
Oops, nearly forgot, the obligatory pictures!
The blue stuff is original and I've added the middle shelf and new woodwork.
This is the old worktop with this sort of lino on top.
And that's just a close up of it.
