Down at Chateau KF, been tiding up some projects.
I made a MM type bender, bit tougher, and was going to put it a post as the option in the site. Had a thought, so welded a pipe flange on the top and a similar diameter collar down the tube. So now, all my bits of bending kit will be a quick change on the post.
The MM type is made from 50x10 bar and 16mm bolts. With assorted tubes to vary the bend angles. The bit on the left is a ramp (with adjustable stirrup(sp)) To vary the lead in for the stock.
The other is a ring roller for stock up to 6mm. First try is in the pic, a bit of 3mm as a test. The handle for the screw down is borrowed of the folder, so not the final part.
Also welded tubes on my scrolling jigs to mount on the post. At the moment the post is bolted on a bit of thick ply, before I find the right spot to permanently fix it.
Edit:The photos will not upload, some sort of web error. I will try again later.
Seems to work now.
Last pic is a chandelier, which I can now make the rings for on the roller.
