I'm considering insulating my garage roof too. It's a metal roof, and although I don't have a problem with condensation just now I do need to insulate as its a big space to heat at this time of year and all my heat is leaving quickly.
So I'm considering 200mm of knauf insulation spray glued directly to the roof panels then closed with white faced mdf (3mm) boards fixed to the woodwork.
I'm worried about the condensation being hidden though and just soaking into the insulation. Will this happen or am I worrying unnecessarily?
