Just been having a go at some TIG brazing. I've read a few other threads and bought a kilo of Sifphospher #8 rods. Anyway I'm having trouble making a good braze. I've done a few test pieces and snapped them and they all snapped way too easily and it was a sudden, brittle snap too. The failed joint looks a bit like a TIG welded joint with cold lap. Does this mean not enough amps? I'm using about 35 amps, for a simular weld with steel filler I would use about 50-60 amps. The bronze filler also appears to have small bubbles in it.
