They are but that is because they cannot transfer patients as the beds in Hospitals are full.Our emergency care in the UK is 2nd to none - it's the aftercare the NHS falls down on.
Having said the the ambulance waiting times - especially in Wales - are way beyond a joke now.
The beds are full because there are loads of people waiting to be discharged to either care homes or will need care at their home following discharge from Hospital
Probably the same everywhere
