Hi all,
This is my first post, so here goes. First off, I'm not an electrician or a welder but have done a little stick welding. I know I shouldn't have done it but as always it was a spur of the moment thing. I was looking for a welder that I could use at home on a domestic 240V supply (setting up a workshop in the garage). I saw the 300TS for a give a way price (well it seemed like it at the time) and after a quick google to see if it could run on single phase (which I thought it would), I went and bought it and got it home. Thing is I'm not so sure now as I can't see how to connect it. When I googled it I think what I saw was single phase 240 dc.
So my first question is, will the arcmaster 300 ts run on domestic 240ac without a phase converter, if so how do I wire the thing up.
Thanks to all in advance.
