That is why I said usually. And not low end on price anyway. Snap on do sell **** too you know. I have had some Snap on stuff that turned out to be pure garbage, a 1/2 inch impact air gun, a gas soldering iron a cordless screwdriver etc.That's my point, it's a Snap On unit so wouldn't come under low end.
A mate used my Sureweld on a Mini with no problem at all. An inexperience child (Children do weld. Well I dId) could use my Sureweld. He then decided to do the car at home and borrowed a Snap on welder from another friend that had been garage use. He could not work with it (spoilt). Gave up and sold the car.
