Give a squeeze or two onto a bit of card/rubbish bag to make sure it's mixing properly through the nozzle before putting it In the holes. It’s in date, the other two holes I used it in cured OK, though this one is in a cold, shaded spot though it’s not been that cold here since I did it. I’m back next week so will see if it’s OK or if I have to rip it out and do it again.

I can’t remember, I ran a fair bit through the nozzle before using to make sure it was well mixed. Can you remember if the hole that won't set, is the first one you did?

I wonder if you could "accelerate" the curing (if it's ever going to) by playing a hot air gun on it? Maybe even heat the metal up. Again a maybe but I wonder if you could drill / poke a hole and inject new resin to push out the unset stuff?
That was what I was thinking, I’m going to take the heat gun with me next week, if that doesn’t work I think I’ll cut the rail off, clean out and replace the resin and weld it up again.
Could it be a larger stone, acting like a fridge, causing a lower localised temperature than the other stones?
Came up with an idea of making some embroidered cotton gun bags for my shop. pleased to say they are already selling.

You'll be surprised how many views videos in the style of shorts sometimes get. Filmed on a shaking phone. And they bring subscribers to the channel.View attachment 436519
Working on next video for my YouTube channel.
I was hoping to be able to upload it today but I rather prefer to upload it later next week and make something worth to watch.
It's most likely a game changing video.
I'm still working on the plastics , and already restored the gearbox.
Lots of cleaning and sanding
I made one up but then when I came to get tyres the local guy could supply and fit for as cheap as I could buy tyres online so I never used it.... purchased a cheapo duck head off eBay and welded some scrap pieces together to help with tyre changes. My knees and back are already happy

Not enough contents yetYou'll be surprised how many views videos in the style of shorts sometimes get. Filmed on a shaking phone. And they bring subscribers to the channel.
You never know in advance what kind of nonsense will be watched ten thousand times. Not enough contents yet
I'd like to have at least 10 video on the channel prior to start making shorts, that's because people will eventually have something to watch
