Hi All
I have a parweld XR914H Light Reactive Welding Helmet and want to now the best way to store it when not in use so as to prolong its built in batteries
As i am a 'newbie' i anticipate it being used about once a month
Is it best to store in its box in the dark OR out of its box in maximum sunlight.
The reason i ask is that the speedglas helmets used in our workshop very rarely need the 'changeable' batteries replacing HOWEVER the same helmets have been used quite a lot on site just lately in open sunlight (when it appears) and we are changing the batteries about every 6 weeks.
Thanks for any advice as the Parweld is a sealed unit and the batteries once dead are not replaceable so rendering it useless
