As part of the same project as the mixing vessel lid, I was asked to provide a couple of sieves for 2 other tanks with round filling hatches.
All made from 2mm stainless, I normally have the use of a pinch roll but on this occasion had to resort to a more basic method of metal forming, still only about 20 mins to produce them though,
The finished item, the is flange cut from sheet and welded both sides of the joint, the mesh is 1" square fitted to an 8mm Dia frame, overall dia is 500 mm so bigger than they look on a photo,
