Hi All
I am Satish Tambe new to this forum, I am also new to TIG welding,
I am facing a problem,My workers recently made one ss304 water tank for solar heater by
TIG welding using Argon Gas.
they have used SS 308L filler wire, the sheet thickness is 4 mm.
they tested it at 7kg/cm2 pneumatic pressure and dispatched it for solar heater application,
But now within about a month it started leaking from welding joints even at 0.5 kg water pressure
I am not able to understand how this happened and how to fix it now
