My cheap LVLP gravity fed touch up gun has developed 2 issues that may be related.
Firstly the paint in the cup is foaming out of the air vent hole and than dripping off, onto the job when it is a horizontal panel. With the trigger in either the air only position or fully pulled a stream of air is bubbling up into the cup and causing this foaming.
Secondly there is a slight pulse to the spray sound that I can hear when spraying. I don't think I can hear it on air only but I am not certain.
While this little gun was cheap I have got on with it quite well and in the past I have got better results with it than with my bigger gun.
Any ideas? I could just get another one I suppose.
