Or doing a load of welding, then spraying the red hot welds prior to doing more nearby with half a can of antispatter and watching it vapourise immediately.Anti spatter has got to be one of the best marketing jobs for years, don't get me wrong it has its places but the amount of times you see people totally soaking fabrications in it then complaining they are getting porosity.
We used to get an anti spatter spray that was made from recycled cooking oil, if I remember right it wasn't too bad but it stunk of old chips when it was burnt.Sure I have seen mention of using cooking oil to prevent it sticking in the first place, cheeper than anti-splatter spray ?
Just go to your local chip shop when they are being referbed and as the decorators what they are usingCan anyone recommend a paint that will go over burnt on chip fat ?
