Read Eric's post for refitting , it is exactly as I would have said it .Barrow tyres are looser on the rim than Jordan. May need a lever or two to get one off but they virtually fall back on.

Murphy's Oil soap is actually sold as tire mounting lube albeit in a thicker form.Don't use washing up liquid, as it contains a lot of salt and can corrode the rim from the inside. I've been using window cleaner for years, it lubricates well and evaporates leaving no residue.
For wheel barrows buy solid wheels, or fill existing wheel with cheap tyre repair foam. I do the same with quad trailer tyres as soon as I start having problems.Anyone got any tips for removing small tyres from trailers and wheelbarrows and getting the tubes in and out ?

I bought a puncture proof wheel and tyre for my wheelbarrow, still acts like a pneumatic tyre, much better than a 'solid' tyre. For wheel barrows buy solid wheels, or fill existing wheel with cheap tyre repair foam. I do the same with quad trailer tyres as soon as I start having problems.
I would have thought " Looser than Elton John's rim " would have posibly been more accurate .Barrow tyres are looser on the rim than Jordan. May need a lever or two to get one off but they virtually fall back on.
