Remove the black soot from the last pass. Allow interpass temperature to fall below 150 degrees.
By dropping the voltage all you've done is narrowed up your spray arc. Drop the WFS leave the voltage the same within reason.
Less amps maybe 300-320A, but keep voltage around 28V

I'm struggling to understand how you are developing spatter, that flange looks like 12-15mm thick and the tube looks about 8-10mm you should be firmly in spray not globular.

12lpm is far too low. You'll most likely suffer from nitrogen embrittlement. Have you tested any of your welds? Dye Penetrant, Macro Etch, destructive Testing?
1lpm per 0.1mm of wire? Who on earth invented that. Gas flow is dependant on the size of your shroud, CTTWD, travel speed, joint configuration.
Any literature from manufacturers recommends 15-18lpm for a small shroud, 18-21lpm for bigger shrouds found on the likes of a binzel 305, 405 etc.
Gas flow is too high. That's classic symptoms off too much gas.i meant above 25lpm, not below. we have very sensitive valves. so what we see above in post #12 and there, these were done with 25+ lpm and around 30V what is the reason of these waves? i want to avoid itView attachment 117558
As I said your gas needs to be 18-21Lpm!!!
You need to get one of these.
Depending on your wirefeed speed and wire diameter your voltage could also be too high.
What brand Welder are you using?
Is that red painted thing actually going to be a product.always tried to run stringer beads but now its easier for me when i slightly weave, i mean start, stop for half of a second push forward and stop. turns out flatter and more spilled than it was before

They can’t be any more than about 6-8mm thick and you’ve stacked a 30mm leg on it. Please tell me it’s a mess about. The fact you’ve painted it might suggest it’s not.
