Connector for the Garmin Satnav has finally experienced its mandatory fatigue failure.
I have the original mains transformer and could cut off the lead and join that to the cigar lighter plug.
But it is two core 'bell-wire' type and polarity is not obvious.
Does it matter?
Or I have 'many' USB to satnav leads which I could cannibalise to give me a replacement flying lead.
Colour coding or other method of identifying which leads to join where?
