Hi all,
I'm going painting a small trailer shortly and I've just bought some rustoleum combicolor paint to do so. I've just realised that I still have some Jotamastic 87 epoxy primer left over from a different project, probably enough to do a base coat.
I've been looking through the data sheets to see if they are compatible but I came up short. The best I could find is that Jotamastic 87 is "a polyamine cured epoxy mastic" and rustoleum is a "urethane modified alkyd"
The Jotamastic data sheet states that some of the paints that it can be overcoated with are "polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, vinyl epoxy"
Anybody have experience with these two paints or have we any chemists in who could comment?
